Short notice, I know. This is a group, doing great things for the farm industry that we should align ourselves with. The Crawford County Farm Bureau, in partnership with the Crawford County Cattlemen's Association and the Bucyrus and Galion-Crestline Chambers of Commerce, will celebrate the role local farmers play in the local, national, and global food systems with their first-ever A Taste of Crawford County. The event will be held Thursday, September 12, 2013, from 5pm to 8pm in the Youth Building on the Crawford County Fairgrounds. Tickets are $8 for Farm Bureau members and $10 for non-members.
Tickets are available at area Chambers of Commerce or by calling 800-327-6055. A portion of the proceeds of the event will be donated to area food banks.
